Superior Post and Brace Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Superior Post and Brace. If you encounter any issues, such as damages or sizing discrepancies, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. For faster processing, you may submit a photo of the damaged item as proof in place of a physical return.
  • Sizing Issues: If you receive an incorrect size or need a different size, please contact us for an exchange. Sizing exchanges require the item to be returned to our factory.

2. Return Process
